Lets say that I absolutely love time loops. From Ground Hog Day to a very special episode of Space Dandy from season 2...(i think its season 2) but the episode is called " There is always tomorrow, Baby"

It turns an other wise goofy space anime into a quiet story about the psychological horror of and endless day where tomorrow never comes.

When people think of cosmic dread, they think of giant tentacle monster ad existensial horror popularized by writers like H.P. Lovecraft but i will be honest, I never read his work but I got into cosmic dread while watching a cozy anime about food.

A Small Update, a Cleaner Look

The site now has a more minimalist, corporate-inspired design. Fewer visual distractions, clearer structure, and a look that feels more intentional.

I also added a Character Codex. This is a space where readers can dig into the characters from the books and see how they fit into the larger system. If someone exists in the Golden Griddle universe, there is probably a file on them.

I’m also actively building out the lore on the site. Some of it supports the stories directly. Some of it exists because this world would absolutely have documentation for things no one asked for.

Its not a good look when the guy running the site vanishes for two months but I have a story to tell

Every story universe reach that point where it ask you to slow down and build the foundations. For me, that moment came while I was deep in From Odyssey book 1. My ideas were getting bigger with cosmic mythology, a fractured reality, and I realized I was building skyscrapers on soil I didnt fully map yet.

I've been worldbuilding for years—just daydreaming, really. Building places and people in my mind, never thinking I'd actually do anything with them. But after the breakup, I decided to stop just visiting these worlds and start writing them down.
